It's a new year and apparently my ASSHOLE neighbor, a.k.a. Mayor McCheese has decided that it would be fun to start making fraudulent and harassing complaints to Roseville Code Enforcement about the legal parking of My currently registered and insured vehicles in front of My Own Home.
A few months ago the harassment of us stopped. Roseville Code code Enforcement flagged my address and my vehicles in their computers so that even if Our ASSHOLE neighbor did continue to complain about Me, Roseville Code Enforcement would not respond. Unfortunately that was only temporary, 120 days or something like that. Kinda like a Temporary Restraining Order a.k.a. a TRO. I know this stupid ass is aware of all the surveillance cameras on My house, they stand out like a turd in a punch bowl. Surveillance cameras that record everything around my house. This includes the entire intersection of Big Tree and Ice House Way. Every pedestrian walking their dog and every vehicle passing through the intersection. This includes My vehicles, my asshole neighbor towing his big ass 5th wheel and parking it in front of his house and even Roseville Code Enforcement themselves. Fortunately for Me, my security surveillance cameras and Ring Cameras record everything 24/7. This would include the moving of My Registered, Insured and LEGALLY parked vehicles a hell of a lot more than once every 72 hours.
Like most all of you, I to have places to go on a daily basis. I walk out of my house, get in my car and drive away. No different than any of you. This is the same vehicle that Our ASSHOLE neighbor falsely claims "never gets moved." Now, despite the fact that I can prove my vehicles get moved at least once every 72 hours in compliance with Roseville Municipal Code 11.20.020. Despite the fact that I can prove years of nonstop harassment. Despite the fact that I personally had a face to face conversation with a Roseville Code Enforcement Officer. Who just so happened to have been on her way to my house because of a complaint. Despite the fact that I was driving the exact same vehicle that according to this Roseville Code Enforcement Officer was on her list of complaints to visit that day. Despite all of this unrelenting HARASSMENT and even with the possibility of being served Court Papers for said HARASSMENT. Despite the possibility of being sued for monetary damages and the possibility of losing everything they worked for, our ASSHOLE neighbor continues with their HARASSMENT.
Is this the same Mayor McCheese ASSHOLE that I've been harassed by for the past several years? Probably, but I cannot say for sure at this moment if this is indeed the same PRICK as before. So for now I will refrain from calling You out and
PUTTING ON BLAST this Gigantic Steaming Pile of Gorilla Shit! However rest assured you Mother Fucker, just like last time I will find out your true identity. You can't hide behind the anonymity of your computer you Piece of Shit! Anonymity on the internet does not exist. Granted the Roseville Code Enforcement website does indeed state, "You can remain anonymous." This is true in most circumstances but not when you're using this government service for the sole purpose of harassment. You're not ANONYMOUS you Fucking Idiot! Roseville Code Enforcement and Roseville Police Department know exactly who you are and soon everyone in this neighborhood will too.
Here's an idea Asshole! Instead of being such a little BITCH and calling Code Enforcement, how about you march your fucken candy ass over here, knock on my Goddamn front door and explain yourself. I would love nothing more than for You to personally tell Me face to face just exactly what it is about My car that bothers You so much. I'll tell you why you won't, because you are a pathetic little coward. You're like that little Chihuahua that stands behind the safety of a fence, barks its ass off then turns around, runs and hides if you stop and go BOO! Just like you that day you came out of your house, shot your fucken mouth off to me in the middle of the street and promptly ran back inside your house like the coward that you are. You're obviously not used to somebody standing up to your chicken shit ass. Surprise, you pathetic little prick!
Hell at this point It really doesn't matter anymore. I told you before what was going to happen to you if you continued to harass me. Apparently you did not take me seriously so now you are going to have to pay the fucken price for your complete lack of judgement. Your ass belongs to me now you Obnoxious Prick! All you had to do was play nice and leave me the fuck alone. That would not have been difficult for any reasonable person but you couldn't manage something as simple as that. So now here is what's going to happen to You. There will be an attorney who will be representing me in a Civil Lawsuit against You, filing a subpoena with the Court in order to obtain all of your "anonymous" complaints, a.k.a. HARASSMENT that You have made to Roseville Code Enforcement against Me. Shortly after that you will be receiving certified notification from said attorney in the form of a Demand Letter for Financial Relief as well as a Cease and Desist Order. Should you decide to ignore either or both of these friendly notices from my attorney, a Civil Lawsuit will be filed against you. there will also be a Hearing to request a Restraining Order against your stupid ass.
I warned you, you Son of a Bitch! I warned you exactly what would happen to you if you EVER harassed me again. You did not listen. You did not choose wisely grasshopper and now You are going to pay the price for the error of your ways.
